Who Can Participate?

Bike Recommendations

The latest gravel bikes since 2020, which offer disk brakes and wider clearance for larger tires, are recommended. A good hardtail mountain bike is also suitable, with 35MM Tires with file tread or larger for comfort 1.


Options to volunteer, including riding as a sweep rider behind the cyclists or taking up other positions, are available, with incentives for volunteers 1.
